    Workshop for interdisciplinary study and skills required for the job market in Fayoum governorate

    co Faculty of Science at the workshop organized by the Community Service and Environmental Development, Fayoum University for interdisciplinary study and skills required for the job market in Fayoum governorate sector under the auspices of Dr. Khalid Hamza, president of the university and the supervision of Dr. Fred Haider, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development within the Education Observatory plan Higher ministry, which seeks to link education to the labor market in Fayoum governorate and study disciplines and skills required for the job market. Sabah Abdul Latif, director of the Department of the college graduates and college PUBLIC RELATIONS. Where he lectured at the workshop, the study team, which includes Dr. Abdullah Mekdad teacher at the Faculty of Agriculture and Dr. Essam Mahfouz, a teacher at the Faculty of kindergartens and Dr. jaunty Abdel Nabi teacher at the Faculty of Science and Dr. Amira Mohammed teacher at the Faculty of Computer and Information Dr. Mohammed Abdel-Al, a teacher at the Faculty of Social Work and Mohammad Ramadan Assistant Lecturer Faculty of specific Education. Dr. Fred Haider said that the university is seeking to achieve effective communication between the leaders and members of the faculty and students of colleges and representatives of the private and business sector body to elevate graduates level according to the needs of the labor market, and from this standpoint Work Team was tasked to prepare a study to determine ways to improve the level of graduates to create jobs them after graduation in the framework of the keenness of Fayoum University community that surrounds them service, and university will work questionnaire to study the demand for the different disciplines and skills for the job market in Fayoum governorate and poll business owners how to set up a university student and providing the side of scientific knowledge and professional and encourage them to work in the private sector to eliminate unemployment and response, and the team will explore saw samples of corporate officers and facilities public and private sectors to identify the problem and lead to recommendations to address them and how to eliminate them after the data analysis. Staff stressed that this study will be within the province of Fayoum and aims to identify the obstacles and limitations to the graduates when they enter the institutions and causes and determine the skills required for the job market, and inventory available in Fayoum governorate institutions to work out the nature and needs. The workshop discussed the methods used to develop the skills of graduates especially with the increasing decline of employment opportunities and the government's inability and the public sector to absorb and provide job opportunities for students after graduation.
