Head of the Immunology & Bacteriology Unit at the University Hospital-Ismailia, this includes the technical and administrative supervision of the current laboratory tests and the new parameters to be done at the lab of the unit.
Accomplished and supervising fourteen (15) Medical Doctorate degrees in: clinical pathology, Internal Medicine/ Tropical Medicine, Gynecology, Oncology and Rheumatology.
Accomplished and supervising Thirty five (35) Master degrees in: clinical pathology, tropical medicine, internal medicine, nephrology, rheumatology, dermatology and pediatrics.
Reviewing and assessments of thesis for Master and Medical Doctorates, clinical pathology, pediatrics, bacteriology/immunology, parasitology in the Egyptian universities in Egypt and at Khartoum University, Faculty of Medical Lab Sudan.

Coordinating the Third Country Expert Program. A program to dispatch Experts from the department of clinical pathology for technical transfer and to support the activities of laboratories working in the African Countries, i.e. Senegal, Mauritania, Uganda and Zimbabwe.
Establishment of nine (9) postdoctoral high skill-training fellowships for the Diagnosis of Infectious, 1995 - 2005. Each fellowship was of 9 months duration at Clinical Research Institute-Kumamoto National Hospital & University - Japan. All of the fellowships were awarded to a staff member of the clinical pathology, Pediatric, orthopedic departments and to the high institute Nursing staff, FOM/SCU.
