Launching Martyr Association for the Care of Martyrs' Families (Army, Police and Civilians)

Under the patronage of Major General Essam Saad, Fayoum Governor, Prof. Ashraf Abd El-Hafeez, Acting President of Fayoum University, witnessed launching Martyr Association for the Care of Martyrs' Families from: (Army, Police and Civilians) on Thursday 2/5/2019 at the Grand Hall of the University, in presence of Eng. Hassan Safwat Assistant Secretary General of Fayoum Governorate as Deputy for Major General Essam Saad Fayoum Governor and Major Mohamed Attia as Deputy for the military advisor to Fayoum Governorate and Major Sayed Abu Shakra, Honorary President and Representative of the Martyr Association and Prof. Samir Seif Al-Yazel Former Beni Swief Governor, Prof. Ahmed Gaber Shedid, Former Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies, Prof. Hossam Abou El Hoda, Advisor to the President of the University for Community Services and Environmental Development, Dr. Ahmed Hosni, Advisor to the President of the University for Student Activities, Major General Ashraf Aziz, and Eng. Hesham Wally and Mr. Mamdouh Al Husseini from House of Representatives, as well as representatives of the Church, Al-Azhar and Awqaf and Mrs. Iman Zaki, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Solidarity and the deans, vice deans and many faculty members
Prof. Ashraf Rahil expressed the importance and role of such associations to care for and serve the families of the martyrs, asking the Almighty to compensate them for their martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the sake of the homeland.
Assistant Secretary-General of Fayoum Governorate, Hassan Safwat, expressed the need to provide all the help and assistance to the families of the martyrs, who cannot be compensated for their families and those who gave their blood in defense of the homeland
While Mrs. Iman Zaki, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Solidarity, thanked the Martyr associations and all civil society organizations for the services provided to the martyrs' families.
Maj. Sayed Abou Shakra, lawyer and representative of the Martyr Association, thanked all those who extended a helping hand to the families of martyrs and called on God to protect and protect Egypt.
At the end of the conference, the audience stood a minute of mourning for the souls of the martyrs. Then the shield of the Social Solidarity Directorate was given to Prof. Ashraf Rahil, University President, and to Maj. Gen. Essam Saad, Fayoum Governor and to the families of martyrs.
