Fergany scooped the title owing to his impressive performance during October 2011 in addition to his collaboration with his co-workers. He was given a certificate of merit by Professor Helmy Abdou Ghoniemy, dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, and Professor Mahmoud Shendi, vice-dean for Community Service and Environment Development.
