The Development Research and Consultation Center (DRCC) were established at Fayoum University under the ministerial decree No. 2 in 2006 as a unit of excellence. Under the umbrella of Fayoum University, the DRCC has the authority to do research and provide consultancy in different development areas, to be engaged in local community’s activities, and provide contributions in solving national and regional problems.
