| The Faculty of Education’s Quality Assurance Unit (QAU ) held a meeting which featured the attendance of a number of stakeholders from education and learning improvement. Organized on Monday 18/1/2010, the meeting reviewed the activities and outcomes attained by the QAU. The meeting was organized at the Faculty of Education Conference Room under the auspices of Professor Ahmed El Gohary, President of Fayoum University, and Professor Abdul Hamid Abdul Tawab, Vice-President for Community Service and Environment Development. A number of high-profile staff attended the meeting, namely Dean of Faculty of Education Ragaa Ahmed Eid, Director of QAU Mohammad Reda Al Baghadady, Vice Dean for Education and Students’ Affairs Ahmed Taha Abdel-Tawab, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environment Development Fatma El Sayed, and Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research Amal Rabie Kamel. The forum tackled the some points pertaining to the QAU, including the community-oriented plan, strategic plan, annual plan, academic standards, SWOT, and crisis management. |
