In its meeting No. 49 dated 31/3/2010, Fayoum University Council, chaired by Professor Ahmed Magdy El-Gohary, President of Fayoum University, has approved:

*postponing the study at the Faculty of Physical Education for an indefinite period of time so that the University can execute and fully implement the requirements recommended by the Committee of the Physical Education Sector of  the Supreme Council of Universities.

*appointing Dr. Nashwa Mahmoud Hussein Al-Deeb as a lecturer at the Department of Nursing Administration,  Faculty of Nursing, along with obliging her to pass the three qualifying courses and Faculty and Leadership Development programs within six months since starting her job; if she does not meet the aforementioned requirements, the University Board will reconsider the decree of her appointment.

*appointing Dr. Salwa Attia Mohammad El-Sayed as a lecturer at the Department of Medical-Surgical Nursing,  Faculty of Nursing, along with obliging her to pass the three qualifying courses and Faculty and Leadership Development programs within six months since starting her job; if she does not meet the aforementioned requirements, the University Board will reconsider the decree of her appointment.

*accepting the donations offered by:

-Prof. Hesham Mahmoud Aref, vice-dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, Faculty of Engineering, in the form of a set of books and international encyclopedias as well as 3 photo albums of the House of Nation to the University Central Library.

-The Egyptian Engineers Co. in the form of a Nissan Sunny Car 2010 which is worth 85000 L.E.

-Fayoum Company for Tourism Development in the form of 32500 L.E. to the Faculty of Early Childhood Education.
