Council presided over by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Yusuf Al Qadi, the
acting president and vice president for Education and
Students approved of beginning :
The second term exams on May 10, 2008 until June 13, 2008. Also, the exams should be held inside grandstands and halls, not inside pavilions. The presence of a doctor inside the grandstands and halls is a must. Smoking is forbidden. There should be water refrigerators; the exam rooms should be air-conditioned.
Moreover, the council approved of banning smoking inside the campus and applying the legal punishment on the smokers which is 10 pounds in minimum.

It is worth mentioning that Dr. Galal M. Said, Governor of Fayoum, attended the council meeting and stressed the university participation in finding suitable solutions to the development plans in the governorate.
