The Automated Libraries Project held on Monday 8/3/2011 a workshop on how to use the Commonwealth Agricultural Bureau International (CABI) Database. The event took place in the Saad Nassar Hall.

The workshop was attended by Dean of faculty of Agriculture Ahmed Al-Shiwy, Director of Projects Management Unit (PMU) Mahmoud Shendi, Director of Automated Libraries Project Rehab Swiefy, Quality Control officer of the SCU Ahmed Sayed Al-Sadawy, LIMS Marketing Director Mahmoud Dawoud, and International Training Manager Chris Ison.

Mr. Ison gave a detailed explanation of the CABI and its contents. He also gave a brief illustration about how search Global Health database.
On the other hand, Mr. Al-Sadawy and Mr. Dawoud trained the attendees on how to log on and search Global Health and CABI databases.
