It organized a wide range of activities including competitions, training courses and seminars. For instance, it organized a seminar on "Promoting technological culture, entrepreneurship, and e-marketing among upper Egypt youth". Also it participated in a training course in small scale businesses running from 25/11 until 20/12/2012. Its present was also felt through its participating in a number of contests, namely Technology for 100 Days, Science Fiction Stories, Best Scientific CD, Best Presentation, Best Photoshop Design, and e-Information Quiz.
