Chaired by Prof. Gamal Mahmoud Mostafa, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, the 500th meeting of the Faculty Council was held on Monday, February 17, 2025, in the presence of department heads and faculty members.

Prof. Gamal Mahmoud opened the meeting by welcoming the council members, then ratified the minutes of the previous meeting (No. 499) dated January 15, 2025. He also ratified the minutes of the committees on (Education and Student Affairs – New Programs Management – Postgraduate Studies and Research – Community Service and Environmental Development – International Scientific and Cultural Relations – Libraries – Laboratories and Scientific Equipment).

Subsequently, he discussed the agenda items related to education and student affairs, faculty affairs, postgraduate studies and research, cultural relations, community service and environmental development, as well as other new matters.
