It is the set of values from which the university derives guidance in all its activities, choices, and general, educational, research, cultural, social, political, and economic policies, with the aim of raising the quality of life of individuals as a strategic objective, and striving for development and innovation in all aspects of university life. In this context, the Fayoum University Strategic Plan (2016-2021) adopts this system of governing values and ethics.
