The Projects Management Unit is announcing that the WELCOME (Widening Egyptian and Lebanese Cooperation and Mobility with Europe) Program, a scholarship program under the umbrella of the Erasmus Mundus Action 2, is offering scholarships for master's, doctoral and post-doctoral students.
