Fayoum University is seeking to furnish the Central Library. In this context, the University calls for tender to contract reputable public and private companies who can supply and install furniture and electric equipment for the Central Library. Offers have to follow the double envelop system, i.e. offers must be delivered in two proposals– technical and financial.

-Security deposits are LE 15000 for electric equipment and LE 8000 for furniture.

-Bids are to be submitted to the attention of Mr. University Secretary-general no later than 12:00 pm on Sunday, 1 April 2012.

-Date of Opening Technical Envelopes: Sunday, April 1, 2012 at 12:00 local time at the University Administration Building on the premises of the campus.

Tender Document Fee: LE 250

The tender will be held pursuant to Tenders & Procurement Law No. 89/1998 and its executive regulations, and the terms mentioned in the tender documents. The University also announces that an “enquiries session” will be held on Sunday 25th March, 2012 on the premises of the campus.
