The Faculty of Social Sciences, Kuwait University, invites faculty members to participate in the events of the
9th Annual Forum titled "Issues and Policies of Child Protection"
from 26-28 March 2012.
The Forum is going to address the following topics:
1-Kinds of child abuse and the role of social work.
2-Kuwaiti laws and institutions and international charters concerned with the protection of children.
3-social and psychological outcomes resulting from child abuse and negligence. Programs of intervention in raising awareness of the problem of child abuse.
4-Role of the media in raising awareness of child abuse

It is worth mentioning that travelling to and from the forum site is the responsibility of the attendee, while the Forum Organizers will be responsible for the accommodation of the attendees with accepted papers in addition to transportation.
