The Fayoum University Staff Club (FUSC) Elections Committee has issued a number of instructions with regards to authorizing procurators on the poll days. Instructions are as follows:

1-Each candidate has the right to authorize only one person to act as procurator.

2- The procurator shall cast his ballot in the box devoted to his client.

3-Forms of Official General Power of Attorney are available at the Office of Dean of the Faculty of Arts who is serving as head of the Elections Committee.

4-The candidate shall fill in the Official General Power of Attorney Form and submit it to the Office of Dean of the Faculty of Arts to be authenticated.

- Deadline for submission of Official General Power of Attorney Forms is Tuesday, February 12, 2013.
