The Community Service and Environment Development Sector of Fayoum University is seeking qualified applicants for the following vacant jobs: 1-Director of Monitoring and Evaluation of Special Units Performance Eligibility 1- A university degree in the financing and accounting. 2- Solid experience in accounting and reviewing budgets and final accounts. Job Summary: The Director reports to the director-general of the General Administration for Community Service and Environment Development and will be responsible for: - Enforcing compliance with the regulations, laws, and decrees that govern different units. -Following-up the outcomes of administrative and financial activities of special units and doing periodic reports to be submitted to Prof. Vice-President for Community Service and Environment Development. -Evaluating performance of special units in accordance with the plans, policies and programs stipulated to achieve the assigned goals. -Submitting the performance sheets to the senior authority to be relayed to the concerned bodies. - Suggesting the assignments needed. 2-Director of the Administration for Communications and Conference Eligibility 1- A university degree (preferably related to public relations). 2- Demonstrated experience in conference organization. Job Summary: The Director reports to the director-general of the General Administration for Community Service and Environment Development and will be responsible for: -Drawing out plans for liaison with productive units. -Partnering with the Department of Environmental Projects as to the programs of the productive units. -Organizing conferences and meetings with productive units. -Carrying out of communication plans with productive units and organizing meetings between the university senior administration and its counterpart at the productive units to regulate the role of university in promoting these units. - Carrying out of communication plans with off-campus bodies including international research centers and specialists in the field of environment and community with the aim of hosting conferences and seminars. -Supervising the organization of conferences in collaboration with off-campus bodies on different issues relevant to the role of university in promoting development. -Executing any other assignments.
