The Late Professor Naeem Mostafa Abu Taleb Award, with a value of 5000 L.E., is granted to the best research in the field of computers and their applications. The jury may stop the award for only one year.

General Conditions:

The applicant for this award must meet the following conditions:

- He must be a holder of a B.Sc. in calculators and automatic control.

- He must be an Egyptian, working in Egypt.

- The research must not be adapted from any MA or PhD thesis of the applicant or any thesis under his supervision.

- The applicant must submit at least two new researches, which have been published over the last three years. Similarly, the applicant must not have taken an award in the same fields over the last two years.

Specific Conditions:

- The submitted researches must be annexed by a work statement approved by the applicant's employer.

- The following data must be approved by the applicant's employer:

- The share of the applicant in the research (If it is a collective research).

- The place of publishing the research (or acceptance of publishing).

- The date of publishing the research (or the date of the acceptance of publishing).

Evaluation Jury:

The evaluation jury is composed of three members, who are senior national specialists in the field of research.
