The Cultural Affairs and Missions Sector, Ministry of Higher Education, announces the availability of a number of postdoctoral fellowships offered by the Matsumae International Foundation (MIF), founded by Dr. Shigeyoshi MATSUMAE, Founder of MIF in 1979.

I. FIELDS OF STUDY

Fields of study such as natural science, engineering and medicine are given first priority.

II. FELLOWSHIP DETAILS

The fellowship covers (stipend for research and stay, expenses for research materials, lodging, meals, transportation, and insurance) as well as air transportation (an economy-class round-trip air ticket)
