The U.S. Agency for International Development and the Central Department for Missions of the Ministry of Higher Education invite applications for Cairo Initiative educational grants (Spring 2014). These grants are designed to build the capacity of Ministries and other organizations by building the capacity of their staff. Ministries and organizations are asked to nominate their employees for scholarships to obtain a master’s or doctoral degree, or conduct postdoctoral research in the United States.
