Since Fayoum University aspires to activate its role in information technology and communications as well as keeping pace with the scientific, technical and technological progress via recruiting new personnel able to steer the university's unique performance, the university seeks to hire an ICDL Coordinator. Pursuant to the decree issued by the Supreme Council of Universities (SCU) which says, "The university students should pass the examinations of the International Computer Driving License (ICDL), the university is supposed to draw out a project showing its plan in preparing its students to obtain the ICDL through the following : 1-Equipping the computer labs in faculties
2-Selecting and preparing trainers
3-Accrediting the examination centers
4-Executing the training plan -A working teaching staff member
-Do not occupy any managerial position in the university (dean/ vice-dean)
-Not in charge of any enhancement projects in the university
-Good at computer
-Having a good command of English
-Having the leadership and managerial skills Those people who meet the aforementioned terms should submit a request to the director of the university president's office -Prof. Dr. President of Fayoum University- enclosed by his/her CV by November 18th, 2008.
