The Arab League Educational, Cultural, and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) invites interested Arab developers to apply for its "Alecsco Apps Award" which is worth US$ 50000.

It aims to encourage Arab developers and improved new applications in the fields of education, culture, science and educational games. Also, it works to provide a technical and institutional infrastructure required to produce Arabic applications for smart phones and tablets.

Deadline for applications is May 15th, 2015.
