The Development Research and Consultation Center (DRCC), Fayoum University, is pleased to release application for the Graduate Employability Program. Under the GEP, graduates would not only enhance their chances of employability but also become more innovative and creative. The GEP's aim is to increase the skills and competencies of graduates to prepare them for the job market and to assist the less fortunate graduates who cannot find employment due to lack of skills. Moreover, it will help graduates to explore new route for their career. It provides experience and hands-on training under a galaxy of faculty and national and international experts. The GEP entails a wide array of training programs which are offered at reasonable prices. The DRCC awards certificates approved and recognized by Fayoum University.
*Development of Self-Skills Program (25 hrs/ 5 days)
The program consists of five training courses, each per day:
-Employability skills (Job hunting – Resume Writing – Interview)
-Communication Skills
-Negotiation Skills
-Time Management Skills
-Decision-Making Skills
Development of Planning and Management Skills Program (60 hr/ 12 days)
- The program consists of four training courses, 3 days for each one:
-Project Management
-Marketing Planning and Market Studies
-Feasibility Studies and Project Evaluation
-Total Quality Management
Development of Specialized Skills Program (60 hrs)
*Agricultural Projects and Food Manufacturing (establishing and managing animal, poultry and fish farms; units of production and processing of dairy products; food and pastry products; hives and honey production; nurseries and landscape gardening; designing and installing modern irrigation networks; preparation of agricultural products for exporting; tracking systems, quality control and food safety).
*Handicraft projects and development of artistic talents.
*Accounting, financial analysis and statistical analysis of data.
*Computer and mobile phone maintenance, programming and designing.
Note: A trainee has the right to enroll in one or more training programs at the same time.
