In its mission to recruit high-caliber staff in the field of quality assurance and accreditation, Higher Education Enhancement Projects Management Unit (second phase) is seeking a number of the faculty staff members working for the Egyptian universities in all areas of specialization at all levels of the faculty positions who find themselves able to contribute to monitoring and evaluation of the educational institutions and new program of the Egyptian universities according to the following missions and terms:

  Missions:
* Field visits to higher education institutions.
* Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the new programs of the Egyptian universities.
* Monitoring and evaluating the performance of higher education institutions.
* Contributing to enhancing the educational process in the new programs and higher education institutions by proposing new constructive and effective suggestions.
* Enhancing the performance of new programs and higher education institutions via his/her teaching and scientific expertise.
* Writing reports and analyzing data.

  Terms of Application & Selection Standards :
- Experience in quality management systems and projects.
- Experience in specialized consulting in the field of higher education or quality assurance and accreditation.
- Ability to analyze data and use methods of verification and matching.
- Specialized expertise of the teaching and scientific material.
-Available full-time during the period of monitoring and evaluation.
- Ability to work within teamwork.
-Having the skills of information technology (IT).
-Working before as a peer reviewer in the Egyptian universities or the Arab and foreign universities is preferred.

Terms of Employing As a Peer Reviewer
He/She should pass the training courses held by Project Management Unit as well as having the aforementioned terms of application.

  Merits of passing the training courses and employing as a peer reviewer
* Participating in the field visits to enhancement operations.
* Participating in monitoring and evaluation of new programs.
* Participating in monitoring and evaluation of QAAP2.
* Participating in monitoring and evaluation of CIQAP.
* Participating in evaluation of QAAP2.
* Participating in evaluation of CIQAP.
* Participating in internal revisions.
