Under the sixth five-year plan 2007 - 2012, the Central Administration for Missions and Cultural Representation, the Cultural Affairs & Missions Sector of the Ministry of Higher Education, invites applications for 2010/2011 missions (Ph degrees from abroad – joint supervision – external missions and pre and post-doctoral scholarships).
Eligible Fields
1-New and Renewable Energy.
2-Desalination and Water Resources.
3-Computer Science and Information Technology
4-Life Sciences (excluding medicine).
5-Food and Agriculture.
6-Commercial Sciences.
7-Social sciences and Humanities.
Candidates for computer science and information technology (majors of Electronics Engineering, Communications, and Computer Science and Engineering) will be nominated for Virginia Tech-Middle East and North Africa Graduate Program (VT –MENA).
