UNESCO/
King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa Prize for the Use of Information and Communication
Technology in Education for the year 2021
Under the
slogan "The Use of Technology to Enable Inclusive Crisis-resilient Learning
Systems"
The award
is given annually, and in 2021 it focused on projects that used technology in
light of the Corona pandemic to prepare educational programs that effectively
guarantee
continuity and quality.
Each
member state of the organization has the right to nominate a maximum of 3
projects
And that
is through the National Committee, where only two winners are selected from all
the candidates at the level of the National Committees of UNESCO,
On
the recommendation of the award’s international jury, each of them will receive
a certificate of appreciation, a medal, and a financial prize of $25,000.
