The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) offers a number of opportunities to support higher education through its Dialogue on Innovative Higher Education Strategies (DIES). The programme features training courses in the field of higher education management, conferences, symposia and partnerships between German universities, on the one hand, and universities of the developing and emerging countries, on the other.

  The following can apply for DIES Partnerships: University Principals, members of the central university management, Heads of central university facilities, Deans and faculty managers and Heads of higher education management programmes.
