Projects Manager Required

Job Title: Projects Manager

    An international scientific NGO is seeking to staff member specializing in the Department of Projects to serve as Projects Manager.

Characteristics and Duties:

-University Degree, Master's Degree and PhD in any field of science and technology.

-Minimum 7 years of experience in the field of NGO Projects Management.

-Experienced in managing the implementation and developing extraction of innovation projects.

-Experienced in leading and managing complex and strategic projects in the Arab region.

-Capacity to liaise with international partner foundations and companies, ensuring to optimize the seamless execution of projects; excellent professional relations and dialogue at all times.

-Ability to develop and implement projects by integration with the objectives of the foundation in accordance with NGO's rules.

-Ability to meet pressing deadlines with a methodical approach.

-Working on the most challenging and impactful projects in MENA and around the world. Through these challenging projects, we develop our people – who transform complex and creative ideas into reality.

-Strong knowledge of Content Management solutions, databases, networks and Business Intelligence tools.

-Managing multiple projects at once as well as having the ability to help coordinate several related projects to guide the entire program towards a coherent end.

-Developing a time frame for projects and ensure that important milestones are met.

-Risk assessment to minimize the threat of failure projects, by evaluating risky situations and recognizing opportunities that others might overlook.

-Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and budget.

-The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal communication skills with a professional acumen in respect of managerial and technical know-how. Prior experience in deployment of Enterprise Software Implementations is a must and bi-lingual capacity is an advantage.
