The Egyptian Academy of Science (EAS) is fully pleased to offer scholarships and grants for young graduates "Next Generation: Scientists for Egypt" for the academic year 2008-2009. Scholarships and grants are for obtaining master degree by a new generation of Egyptian graduates marked with the commitment and ability to bridge the gap between scientific research and national labor market requirements, which require a high degree of skill in performance.

Thus, the Egyptian Academy of Sciences (EAS) invites university graduates and holders of technical degrees for submitting applications for two-year scholarship at the Academy in Cairo. Applicants who will receive the scholarships will be granted distinct opportunities for cooperation with leading scientists, participate in research projects in scientific areas of national interest, prepare reports, publish research papers, and obtain a master degree in the suitable specialization.

-If you have not been registered yet to surf the website, register now.
-Go to Graduate Researchers Website
-You will find three options:
* Research by field: The results will include all the grants offered by all universities and research centers which are interested in that field
* Research by institution: This option will refer to all grants offered by a certain research institution; also it will give you the specialization according to the qualification or the department
* General research: via inserting the key research word

-To apply for any of the announced grants, the scholar should submit an abstract of the research plan after preparing it under the direction of a professor in the research field to the research institution offering the grant and submitting it in the enclosed format -i.e. Application Form
-Select the required grant by clicking the small square found before the grant; it is forbidden to select more than a grant.
-When entering personal data, accuracy should be taken into consideration as if there is a mistake in any of the details, the application will not be considered.
-If you want to alter any of your personal information or the required grant, click Edit then alter what you want
-If there is no abstract of the research plan or agreement with a professor in the research field, please contact us for help.
