CRITERIA FOR NOMINATIONS
1-Nominated scientists must be aged 40 or below
2-Candidates must demonstrate excellent research accomplishments
3-Candidates should have some experience in education and/or scientific administration and leadership qualities.
4-Candidates must have demonstrated interest in science policy, and/or science communication.
5-Candidates must demonstrate familiarity with global issues and international programmes in S&T and science-based sustainable development.
