The Information and Communications Technology Project (ICTP) announces that the Egyptian Ministry of Communications has decided not to extend its relationship with the Hewlett-Packard Company, commonly referred to as HP, the implementing body of ICDL Certification Courses, effective September 30, 2011. So, all personnel who have got Skills Cards are advised to finish their ICDL certification examinations by Tuesday, September 20, 2011.
