Fayoum University
announces
the opening of applications for the Ideal Mother Competition 2025, organized by the Ministry of Social Solidarity.
From Tuesday, December 17, 2024, to Thursday, January 16, 2025.

Applications are submitted to Directorate of Social Solidarity in Fayoum (Family and Childhood Department).
Competition Categories:
1. Natural Mother.
2. Mother of one or more children with disabilities.
3. Substitute Mother who has cared for a child from the "Kareem Al-Nasab" program.
4. Mother of a martyr from the Armed Forces.
5. Mother of a martyr from the Police (Ministry of Interior).
Conditions for Applicants:
• Must have a unique story of giving and sacrifice.
• Must be literate (able to read and write).
• Must have no more than three children, all of whom must hold a higher education degree or be in their final year of university (preference given to those with higher educational achievements).
• Exception: A child with intellectual disabilities who is unable to pursue education, with preference given to children with disabilities who excel in sports, science, or arts.
Required Documents for Application:
1. Copy of the husband’s death certificate.
2. Copy of the marriage certificate.
3. Copy of the mother’s national ID (on one page).
4. Copy of the mother’s educational qualification or literacy certificate.
5. Statement of the husband’s pension.
6. Salary statement of the mother (if employed).
7. Copies of the children’s educational certificates.
8. Copies of the children’s birth certificates or national IDs.
9. Copy of the divorce certificate (if the mother is divorced).
10. Family registration document.
11. Copy of the children’s marriage certificates.
12. Rehabilitation certificate for either the mother or child with special needs (if applicable).
13. Medical certificates in case of illness of the husband or any family member.
14. A story of the mother’s struggle and perseverance.
