The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research

 announces:
the opening of applications for Hajj Season Visas for the year 1446 AH / 2025 AD,
allocated to those wishing to perform Hajj from among (faculty members and administrative staff).
No later than Sunday, December 29, 2024.
Required Conditions:
• The applicant must not have performed Hajj before and must not have applied for Hajj this year through any other entity or company.
• The applicant must be at least 25 years old.
• Installment payment options are available through the company under either of the following systems:
A) Cash Installments:
o Option A: Cash installment plan, either in four installments or in monthly installments until Hajj, with the full amount paid between January and April 2025.B) Six-Month Installments:
o Option B: Six-month installment plan through the National Bank of Egypt’s Visa card, available after the lottery results are announced.
A statement of programs and prices is attached, and the applicant must choose the appropriate program.
• The applicant must fill out the required data through the provided link, and they will be notified of the date of the public lottery for the winners of this year.
