In collaboration with the E-Services

Department of the Supreme Council of Universities (SCU) and

the IBM Cairo Center of Advanced Studies (CAS),

 the Information and Communication Technology Project (ICTP) of Fayoum University is to hold a seminar tilted

"Watson Deep Question Answering System: How to build a computing system that rivals human’s ability to answer questions"

It will be given by Dr. Hisham El-Shishiny, IBM Senior R&D Scientist,

 on Sunday 11 December 2011 from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm.

It is worth mentioning that the seminar will be relayed live to staff and students

of the Faculties of Engineering and Computers and Information via the Video Conference Unit.
