As part of the preparations at the Faculty of Engineering, Fayoum University and the Mechanical Engineering Program for the upcoming programmatic quality and accreditation visit, and based on the outcomes of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Committee meetings, student Adham Gomaa from the second year, Mechanical Engineering Department, gave a lecture on the importance of quality for students and the role of surveys and complaints.

This was followed by a presentation by Prof. Maged Kassab, Director of the Quality Assurance and Strategic Planning Unit at the Faculty, explaining the complaints mechanism, its use, and the significance of quality and accreditation in the job market.

Then, Prof. Ahmed Abdel Latif, the Faculty's coordinator with the Quality Assurance Authority, held a dialogue with students to understand their complaints, ideas, and perspectives on quality. This took place on Sunday, March 25, 2025, with students from the second, third, and fourth years of the Mechanical Engineering Department.
