2nd EUSF Sectors Tournament

29th February - 9th March 2008

Fayoum University participated in the 2nd Egyptian University Sports Federation Sectors Tournament as part of the fifth sector which also includes Al Azhar University, American University in Cairo AUC, Future University, Modern Sciences and Arts University MSA, University of 6th October, Ahram Canadian University ACU, French University in Egypt UFE, German University in Cairo GUC in addition to the Ministry of Higher Education and Open Education Centers. The tournament was held at universities of Fayoum, Al Azhar, AUC and MSA.

The tournament lasted from 29th February, 2008 to 9th March, 2008. Fayoum University participated in the following activities:

 
 Volleyball (men)  3rd place
 Volleyball (women)   Runner-up
 Basketball (men)    4th place in the 1st group
 Basketball (women)   3rd place
 Five-a-side football   3rd place
 Football   3rd place in the 2nd group
 Handball    4th place in the 1st group
 Table Tennis (men)  Winner & 3rd place
