Fayoum University participated in Egyptian Universities Youth Week

8-15/2/2007 

The Department of Sports Activity took part in the Egyptian Universities Youth Week which was organized in Menofia during 8-15/2/2007 in the following games:
-Volleyball (Men)
-Volleyball (Women)
-Soccer
-Handball
-Tennis (Women)
The teams of Fayoum University showed world class performance. For instance, the Volleyball Team finished third. After a three-match winning streak, the team lost against the Helwan University Team. It is worth mentioning that the Fayoum University Volleyball Team featured some excellent players, namely Mohammad Abdul-Azim and Faras Mohammad Reda.
