Education and Students' Affairs
-The University Council approved the internal bylaw of the University Dorms and Nutrition. Student activity coordinator, officer of male students, officer of female students, a male student and a female student shall be added to the board of directors.
-The University Council endorsed the financial and administrative bylaws of the Student Activity Center.
-The University Council decided not to initiate classes in Military Psychology Section as there is no agreement between Fayoum Univversity and the Ministry of Defense.
Community Service and Environment Development Affairs

*The University Council approved the proposal mooted by the Council of Community Service and Environment Development Affairs regarding endorsing the financial and administrative bylaws of the Center for Nursing Skills, Faculty of Nursing.

*The University Council approved the proposal mooted by the Council of Community Service and Environment Development Affairs regarding endorsing the financial and administrative bylaws of the Public Service Center of the Faculty of Social Work, and the Social Counseling Unit, affiliate of the Center for the Blind.

*The University Council approved changing the logo of the Center for the Blind as shown.

Donations
The University Council accepted the donation made by the AL-Hashemiah Contracting Company which donated a Verna car worth LE 77250 for Fayoum Univresity.
