- The university council resolved to approve the joint cooperation agreement between the Faculty of Social Work ,Fayoum University and the Modern University of Management and Science in Beirut.

Education and Student Affairs:
- The university council resolved to approve of covering the tuition fees for the top students of the republic as an incentive.
- The university council resolved to approve of rewarding the first hundred top students enrolled in Fayoum University with a recreation trip.
- The university council resolved to activate the clinical pharmacy program at the Faculty of Pharmacy starting from the academic year 2015/2016 as per the article no.2 of the faculty regulation law.
- The university council resolved to approve the financial regulations of the credit hours programs for undergrads of (Clinical Pharmacy),Faculty of Pharmacy, Fayoum University.
- The university council resolved to approve the regulations of Graduate Studies Department at the Faculty of Computer and Information, Fayoum University.
- The university council resolved to establish Fayoum University Center for teaching Arabic to non-native speakers and approved its financial and administrative regulations.
- The university council resolved to approve the (MIS) to extract the status data of the university faculty and staff.

Denotations and Contributions
*The University Council resolved to accept the donation made by Dr. Mohamed Mohamed Farrag, lecturer at Tourism Studies Department who donated a collection of forty two books which are worth L.E 4043 for the Library of Faculty of Tourism and Hotels.
