• The University Council approved granting Dr. Mohamed Diab Mohamed Aghzawy, lecturer, Department of Arabic Language and Literature, Faculty of Arts, the academic title of assistant professor.

• The University Council approved appointing Dr. Osama El Sayed Mohamed Bekhait, lecturer, Department of Pediatrics, Faculty of Medicine, as an assistant professor.

• The University Council approved appointing Dr. Wafaa Mohamed Khalil, lecturer, Department of Home Economics, Faculty of Early Childhood Education, as an assistant professor.

• The University Council approved appointing Dr. Aliaa Abdel Moniem Ibrahim, lecturer, Department of Basic Sciences, Faculty of Early Childhood Education, as an assistant professor.

*The University Council approved the bylaw of the Journal of the Faculty of Engineering.

*The University Council approved the Diploma in Agricultural Development and Food Safety as a program in the Institute for Nile States Strategic Studies and Researches (INSSSR).
