In its session no. 20 dated July 2007, Fayoum University council presided over by Prof. Dr. Gala M. Said, president of Fayoum University approved of :
1- Applying for residence at the dormitories is to be until mid- August 2007

2- Transferring among faculties is to be from 1/8/2007 to 5/9/2007 for current students and until the end of the first month of the study for the newcomers

3- Announcing for post-graduate studies programs of faculties of Education, Social Work, Agriculture, Engineering and Tourism & Hotels

4- Utilizing of a program for unique education at Environmental and Tourist Guidance Department, Faculty of Tourism & Hotels in the coming academic year

5- Starting of the comprehensive Development Convoys at Abu- exa village from June 29th, 2007 until Aug 20th, 2007

6- Agreeing upon renewing the secondment of 13 members of the teaching staff

7- Approving of naming assistant professor
Dr. Mohamed Hamed Egila Osman - Linguistics Department - Faculty of Dar AlUluom.
Approving of naming three lecturers
Dr. Abeer Fu'ad Osman - Arts Dept. - Faculty of Specific Education.
Dr. Nermin Abdel-Gelil Mohamed - Architectural Dept. - Faculty of Engineering.
Dr. AbdelKawi Shelani - Agricultural Economy Dept. - Faculty of Agriculture.
