A workshop on Legal and Financial Aspects of University Environment was held Sunday 4/1/2009. The workshop came within the activities of Higher education Enhancement Project Management Unit. Some deans, vice deans and teaching staff members participated in the workshop.
Prof. Dr. Mustafa Abdel Gawad, professor at Faculty of Law, Beni Suef University gave a lecture at the workshop. He affirmed that higher education is the backbone of the scientific and cultural renaissance in any country in the world. "It is the general and specialized core, from which the scientific and technical researches stem and hence lead to the development and prosperity of community in all fields. It is a university education in its diversity and multiplicity of its activities which can cover all scientific and cultural aspects in the State, in theoretical sciences, applied sciences, or pure academic fields. All these activities should go hand in hand to reach the goal of a comprehensive development in the all areas: economic, scientific, social, cultural and intellectual" he explained.
