The Central Administration for Cultural Relations of the Supreme Council of Universities (SCU) announces that the UNESCO and the International Center for Sustainable Energy Development (ISEDC) in Moscow invite applications for the UNESCO/ISEDC Co-Sponsored Fellowships Programme – 2013 with the aim of enhancing capacity building human resources development in the field of sustainable and renewable energy in developing countries and countries in transition.

Fellowship Duration: Four Weeks from 1 to 26 October 2013.
