The Cultural Affairs and Missions Sector announces that Government of Russia is currently offering six-month competitive scholarships for doctoral and postdoctoral research in the fields of (Physics – Mathematics – renewable energy – computer science and information technology – life sciences – agricultural sciences and nutrition – basic sciences – Russian language and literature.

Eligibility
The ideal candidate should:
* be an Egyptian national and a full-time faculty member at a government-run university, institutes, or research centers;
*be not over 32 years of age;
*Candidates for a doctoral degree should have registered for a PhD no more than a year and a half by October 1, 2015.
- Proof of English Language proficiency: TOEFL (PBT-500, IBT-61) or IELTS 5.

Scholarship Value:
-The Missions Sector will bear part of the scholarship costs.

Required Documents
*An official information form sealed by the employer
-An approved research plan in both Arabic and English
-An approved C.V. in English
