Under the executive program of cultural cooperation signed between the Arab Republic of Egypt and India, the Central Administration for Missions and Cultural Representation, the Cultural Affairs & Missions Sector of the Ministry of Higher Education, invites applications for 2010/2011 Indian Fellowship Program (for obtaining master's and doctoral degrees).

Eligibility
Applicants should:
- Be an Egyptian national.
-Have a good command of spoken and written English (a TOEFL score of 500).
- Complete not less than two years of work.

Eligible Fields
-Nuclear engineering
-Water resources engineering
-Science (mathematics - solid-state physics - chemistry of plastics)
-Agriculture (land – seed technology – agronomy - agricultural expansion)

Duration
- 3-4 years

Merits
- Round-trip airplane tickets for fellows only
- A suitable monthly stipend
