Scholarships/fellowships for the students from
The Member States of the Non-Aligned Movement

Scholarships/fellowships offered by the Serbian Government in the fields of (Engineering – Medicine – Education – Specific Education – Agriculture – Science)

The Cultural Affairs and missions Sector, Ministry of Higher Education, announces the availability of a number of scholarships/fellowships granted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia for pursuing post graduate-master`s degree studies and doctoral studies at the University of Belgrade.

I Conditions for granting scholarships/fellowships:
1. A candidate should be under the age of:
*25 for post graduate-master`s degree studies
* 30 for doctoral studies
2. A candidate has to produce a medical certificate, not older than 6 months, confirming that he/she has not contracted an infectious/contagious disease (HIV test included)
3. The candidate must be in good command of English
4. The candidate must be nominated by the Government of the state participating in the Project of which he/she is a citizen

II The scholarship, granted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia within the “The World in Serbia” Project, includes:
1. 2-term free preparatory courses for learning the Serbian language
2. Free tuition at core, academic and doctoral study courses
3. Grant (pocket-money) amounting to 15.000,00 dinars a month (c.ca €150). The grant covers the food expenses in a student canteen (approximately 5.000,00 dinars a month) and local city transportation costs (approximately 1.000,00 dinars a month)
4. Free accommodation in double rooms in a student hostel
5. Basic health care/services at the Student Health Centre, no prosthetics included
6. Free resident visa
7. Free high school diplomas recognition
8. Free university diplomas recognition
9. Free excursions (visiting cultural and historical monuments, monasteries, archeological sites, national parks, spas and mountain tourist resorts and all other characteristic localities in Serbia)

Notice:
Scholarship holders cover travel expenses to and from Serbia by themselves.
