The Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF) is pleased to announce the acceptance of applications for the doctoral fellowships in the following disciplines: life sciences, material sciences, humanities, sociology.

-The academic year starts on 1/9/2010 and ends on 30/8/2011.
-Research will be conducted alternately at both home and host institutions
-Travel expenses will be covered by the AUF.
-A monthly allowance set by the level of life in the region of residence will be granted to the fellows.
- Each fellow will be granted only one fellowship as well as a health insurance against illness, accidents and robbery.
- All other expenses (tuitions, accommodation, visa…etc.) are the responsibility of the fellows.
-One of the thesis supervisors will be invited to attend the discussion of the thesis (The AUF will cover the cost).
-Joint supervision will be provided and it will be renewed every three academic years.
