Under the cooperation agreement signed between Nile University, Egypt, and North Western University's McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science, USA, the Missions and Cultural Affairs Sector invites applications to the four-year PhD. Program signed between the aforementioned academic institutions in the field of electronic engineering (Nanoelectronics). The program is funded by the Missions Section.

Eligibility
Ideal candidates must:
-demonstrate an occupation as an assistant lecturer or assistant researcher at an Egyptian university or research center;
-not be over than 30 years of age by October 2010;
-be proficient in English language (Minimum TOEFL iBT score of 90);
-be ICDL certified;
-not be granted a similar scholarship to obtain doctoral degree offered by the Missions Section; and
-have been awarded a M.Sc. degree in electronic engineering.
