Fulbright Egyptian Scholar Program 2012/2013

The Binational Fulbright Commission in Egypt is pleased to announce the opening of the competition for the AY 2012/2013 Fulbright Egyptian Scholar Program to provide opportunities for Egyptian post-doctoral faculty members, professionals, and independent scholars to conduct research at American institutions.

 GRANT TYPES:
Arts Management Grants: Professionals in arts management and administration to pursue individual and/or structured programs of study designed to enhance their managerial capabilities
Lecturing/Research Grants at Selected American Universities: For scholars in the fields of: Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Advertising, Arabic World History, Culture and Language to lecture and conduct research at selected American institutions. Awards are jointly funded by the Commission and its partner institutions.
Research Grants: For scholars in the humanities, sciences, or social sciences to conduct research at American institutions.

ELIGIBLE FIELDS
: ALL fields are eligible with the EXCEPTION of medicine, dentistry and veterinary medicine.

GRANT DURATION
Grant duration ranges from three to nine months.

DEADLINE
Submit on-line application and supporting documents no later than Thursday July 14, 2011 at 4:30 p.m.
