Nutrition and food science laboratory
The laboratory of nutrition and food science is organized scientifically for both theoretical courses learning and applied courses carrying out. the laboratory contains the all needed equipments for implementing complete meals and testing it. The equipments include cooker, deep freezer, drying furnace, mixer, water evaporator, boiler. Along with these equipments there are other tools such as spoons, forks, knives, balance , cooking vessels. There are also steel cupboard and wood cupboard for storing cooking materials.
